Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn items with original tags attached. Items must be in the same condition as received.

Eligible Returns

• Wrong size or item received
• Defective or damaged products
• Items not matching the product description

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or personalized jerseys
• Items worn, washed, or with removed tags
• Clearance or final sale items

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at support@elitejerseys.com with your order number
2. Receive a return authorization and shipping instructions
3. Ship the item back within 14 days of authorization
4. Refund processed within 5–7 business days after inspection

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Crypto payments will be refunded in the equivalent USD value at the time of return approval.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to availability. You may need to return the original item first.
